Refund Policy.

Cancellation, refund eligibility, and processing terms for Voyazio Subscriptions.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Cognimit Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Voyazio Platform ("Voyazio", "Service"), processes cancellations and refunds for paid Subscriptions.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings or by writing to support@voyazio.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • ·First-Time Subscription Trial Period: refunds requested within seven (7) days of the initial paid Subscription, provided the Service has not been actively used or onboarded.
  • ·Service Failure: where we materially fail to provide the Service as described and are unable to remedy the failure within a reasonable time after written notice from you.
  • ·Erroneous Charges: duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or charges for cancelled Subscriptions.
  • ·Required by Law: where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • ·Subscription fees for periods already used.
  • ·Custom development, onboarding, training, or professional services performed.
  • ·Third-party fees (payment gateway charges, SMS/WhatsApp messaging fees, GDS fees, etc.) incurred by us on your behalf.
  • ·Annual Subscriptions after the seven-day initial period, except in cases of material service failure.
  • ·Setup fees and one-time charges, once services have been initiated.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send a written request to support@voyazio.com with the following information:

  • ·Your Account email and Subscription details.
  • ·Date and amount of the charge in question.
  • ·Reason for the refund request.
  • ·Supporting documentation (if applicable).

We will acknowledge your request within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a decision within seven (7) working days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • ·Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days, depending on the card issuer.
  • ·Net Banking / UPI: 5–7 business days.
  • ·International Payments: up to 21 business days.

Cognimit Technologies LLP is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

7. Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation or termination, your Customer Data will be retained for thirty (30) days to allow data export. After this period, data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.

You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before the deletion period expires.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at support@voyazio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation.

If a chargeback is initiated and ruled in your favour fraudulently or in bad faith, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, associated fees, and reasonable legal costs.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active Subscribers and posted on the Website. Refund requests will be evaluated under the Policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.
