You own all your Customer Data — leads, bookings, customer records, content, and any data you upload to or generate on the Platform. Voyazio operates the infrastructure on your behalf with a limited license to host and process your data solely for providing the Service.

Customer Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest where applicable). We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and follow international best practices for data security.

After cancellation, your Customer Data is retained for thirty (30) days to allow data export. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements (such as tax records, which may need longer retention).
