The situation

A 5-year-old corporate travel management company in Bengaluru. Serves 40+ corporate accounts. Handles domestic and international travel for employees — flights, hotels, visa processing, forex. Team of 8. Annual volume: ₹8 crore.

The company had grown by stitching together tools: Zoho CRM for leads, WordPress for the website, Razorpay for invoicing, WhatsApp Business for communication, and Google Sheets for reporting. Each tool worked individually. Together, they created an integration tax that consumed hours every week.

The problem

  • Customer data lived in 4 different systems. No single view of a client's full history.
  • Invoicing required manual data entry from CRM → Razorpay (duplicate work, error-prone).
  • Reporting meant exporting CSVs from 3 tools and merging them in Sheets every Monday.

  3. 03Voyazio Sites: new corporate-facing website with client login, policy-compliant booking, and approval workflows.
  4. 04Voyazio Pulse: WhatsApp integrated into CRM — every message linked to the client record. Team members see full context.
  5. 05Voyazio Insights: single dashboard replacing the Monday CSV ritual. Revenue, margins, client-wise P&L, team performance — all live.
